There are 2 ways:
The first way of using ginger is by making ginger water. Take 1/2 tablespoon of ground ginger and put it in 150ml of warm water.
– Leave it to cool and drink it twice a day over a month.
How to make ginger water coating:
-30 to 40 grams of dry ginger or 100 to 140 grams fresh ginger .
Let it sit in a canvas bag and then place the bag in a bowl with warm water.Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes.
The water should be warm when you will use the ginger water coating then soak one cotton cloth in the water, drain the excess water and place it on the affected area.
Wrap the coating with a dry cloth to keep the coating warm.
Replace the coating every 5 minutes and do this at least 3 times.
Also use the same ginger water to massage the painful areas and improve your circulation.
